8am-9am: Chair Barre & Standing Pilates
9a-10am: Self-Serve Breakfast
10-11am: Vinyasa Flow
11-1pm: Free time!
1pm: LUNCH
2pm-530pm: Free Time!
530-7pm: Align and Unwind Pilates & Yoga Class
730pm: DINNER (byob)
9pm: **UnWine(d) Bonfire (byob and byo instrument for jam session, optional)

Sunday, May 22nd
930-11am: Align & Unwind Pilates and Yoga Class
12pm: Brunch
2pm: Carpool back to NYC

Meals are mostly vegetarian. Let us know if you have special dietary needs. Gluten-Free participants are advised to bring breakfast foods to supplement the provided spread.
